The Elf Project is a small volunteer and donation-based emergency Christmas help program that blesses families in Hawkins County TN and the Kingsport area of Sullivan County. We support children from birth to 17, (18 years if still in school) from families who have missed the deadline for larger programs due to emergency circumstances such as child placement, job loss, death in the family, or other emerging situations.

We encourage you to apply for the bigger local program shown below who are now taking applications.
